Can I order in a different color or shape?

Yes, you can absolutely request a simple color change when purchasing. If the nail set does not have a color option already with no extra fee you can note the selected color in the note selection during checkout.

Shapes

Fluffy carries many shapes and sizes. During checkout, you'll have the option to select your desired nail shape and length. We have a shape and length chart you can rely on for reference in each item displayed on our site.

What if my sizes are different from the pre-set sizes listed?

No Worries! Once you have discovered your tailored sizes, please select "Custom Sizes" in the size drop-down arrow option. After list your custom sizes in the note section from thumb to pinky before checking out.

What if my Fluffy set doesn't fit?

No Worries! If you ordered the wrong size or measured incorrectly you can always buy replacement nails that don't fit. Just chat with us and we will fix your problem.

* We are not responsible if the wrong size was ordered. So, it is important to follow our sizing guidelines carefully before ordering. We also carry sizing kits on our shop page to help you find your tailored sizes.

Are the nails reusable?

Absolutely! With the proper care; the nails can last as long as your favorite pair of underwear. These sets are collectible and reusable for as long as you take care of them. The Fluffy sets are all handmade with salon-quality products. They are strong and durable.

When using sticky tabs nails can be reused multiple times; it's an easy simple clean-off.
When using nail glue, follow the nail removing guide we provided with your final kit. Once removed, you will want to gently file away any excess glue from the previous use. To achieve a smooth finished look for your next application.

Return Policy

All final kits are custom made due to Covid-19 and reasons of hygiene we cannot exchange or return nail products. Take your time to carefully read and review your selections when placing your order.
